Arrow named best performing UK distributor by FCI

Arrow has been named the best performing UK distributor of 2007 by FCI. The award was judged on commercial success, including new design registrations, as well as the working relationship between the two organisations. It caps a number of years where Arrow has been recognised for its contribution to FCI sales.

At the award presentation, Ronald Velda, FCI European distribution manager, commented: "Arrow UK had impressive growth of FCI sales in 2007 and on top of that they registered more new designs than any other distributor. In combination with this, we feel that Arrow's structure of regional business centres and regional product specialists has led to a demand creation culture within the organization which fits perfectly with FCI's plans for long term growth. Arrow is one of FCI's key partners in the UK and globally and we expect our relationship to grow even stronger over the coming years."

June Timmons, Arrow UK connector marketing manager, added: "Our excellent relationship with the FCI team has enabled us to deliver the high level of service and support that our customers deserve. This award is recognition of the successful combination of Arrow's global supply chain with its regional sales offices in the UK."
