A Yes, all Web communication is routed to your normal contact, to ensure continuity and integration of your Web activity with your telephone, fax, and EDI messages.

A Our normal service is to ship within 2-3 working days. We select economic carriers, which means that normal delivery can be next day, but heavy products may take three days. We can arrange faster delivery, please contact us for a quotation.
