2.2inch and 3.5inch options
The MF240320A22-BFU and MF320240A35-BF from Everbouquet are 2.2inch and 3.5inch colour transmissive TFT LCD display modules offering high image quality for use in mobile appliances.

Able to display up to 262,000 colours at 240 pixel (W) x 320 pixel (H) resolution, the MF240320A22-BFU occupies just 40.1mm x 56.9mm x 2.5mm and has an active area of 33.48mm x 44.64mm. Pixel size is 46.5µm x 139.5µm, with an RGB stripe arrangement.



Using an HX8312 controller, the device’s external interface is via an 8/9/16/18-bit bus. With a typical response time of 35ms, the module provides a contrast ratio of 200:1.

The MF320240A35-BF can output 16 million colours in 24-bit parallel (RGB) or CCIR 601/656 format. Sized at 320 pixels wide x 240 pixels high, the module has an active viewing area of 70.08mm x 52.56mm. Dot pitch is 73µm x 219µm with an RGB stripe arrangement.
