STN, FSTN, backlit and reflective versions available
The MG3224R from Everbouquet is a series of 5.7inch (14.5cm) QVGA display modules. Their built-in controllers allow the display of mixed text and graphics for a variety of industrial and instrumentation applications.
These 320-dot x 240-dot modules have an overall size of 167.5mm x 109.0mm x 13.0mm, and require a single 5V power supply. They are available in STN (SuperTwist Nematic), FSTN (Film-compensated SuperTwist Nematic), reflective and LED or CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) backlight versions.
The MG3224R modules include an RA8835 controller that can display layered text and graphics, scroll the display in any direction and partition the display into multiple screens. The controller also stores text, character codes and bitmapped graphics in external frame buffer memory. It has an internal character generator and can interface directly with a host microprocessor or controller.
Designed for use across the -20°C to +70°C temperature range, the modules feature a 40° typical viewing angle. Typical contrast ratio is four for STN types and five for FTSN versions.
