5.7inch Colour QVGA TFT with a White LED Backlight

The MF320240A57-BF from Everbouquet is a 5.7inch (diagonal) graphics module providing 16.7 million display colours at QVGA (320 x 240) resolution. Based on transmissive, amorphous silicon technology, the display provides high contrast ratio and brightness. The display has a white backlight, which means a high voltage inverter is not required.



Equipped with a 24-bit parallel/serial/CCIR 601/605 input mode interface, the MF320240A57-BF has an active display area of 115.2mm x 86.4mm in a compact module size of 124mm x 99mm x 6mm. Its TFT display is driven via Himax HX8218 and HX8615 ICs.

With a pixel size of 120µm x 360µm and RGB stripe pixel arrangement, the device is designed for viewing from the 6 o’clock position, with a 130° horizontal viewing angle, 50° upward viewing angle and 55° downward viewing angle. Contrast ratio is 200:1 and brightness 200cd/m². The module combines 60% (NTSC) colour saturation with a typical response time of 50ms.
