Expanded Range of Low-Power Industrial DC/DC Converters Available Ex-Stock 
Industry-standard footprints deliver 3W to 40W

Following the recent merger of the Astec and Artesyn product portfolios within the Emerson Network Power Group, Arrow now offers an extended range of low-power, isolated DC/DC converters for industrial applications. All of the devices feature a wide input range and industry standard footprints and, in the majority of cases, are available from stock for immediate delivery.

The expanded range of Astec and Artesyn low-power DC/DC converters from Arrow features enclosed and baseplate models with power ratings ranging from 3W to 40W. Ideal for compact and cost-effective conversion in new designs, the industry standard footprints and pin-outs of the converters also facilitate drop-in replacement in existing applications without the need for costly board re-design and layout.

Available in both single and dual regulated output versions, all of the Astec and Artesyn converters feature a wide voltage input range for maximum design flexibility. Built-in protection functions and isolation up to 1500VDC minimise the need for external components, while operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +105°C, depending on model, ensure a converter for almost every application.

Astec ASA and AEE Converters (6W to 15W)



Available in power options of 6W, 10W and 15W, Astec ASA and AEE DC/DC converters feature 1500VDC isolation and overcurrent protection and offer single and dual outputs of between 3.3V and 15V. Input voltage options are 9V-36V and 18V-75V for 6W and 15W models, and 18V-36V and 36V-75V for 10W models. Operating temperature is rated at -40°C to +71°C.

Artesyn BXA Converters (3W to 40W)



Artesyn BXA converters offer isolation ratings from 500VDC to 1500VDC and feature enclosed devices with 3W power ratings and baseplate models with ratings of 25W, 30W and 40W. Wide input voltages are 36V-75V for the 25W and 30W converters, and either 18V-36V or 36V-75V for the 3W and 40W models. The operating temperature range for the devices is -40°C to +105°C, while built-in functionality includes overcurrent and short circuit protection.

Artesyn CXA Converters (10W to 20W)


Featuring a wide 4:1 18V-75V input range, Artesyn CXA converters offer power ratings from 10W to 20W and isolation to 1500VDC. Available in enclosed and baseplate variants, these converters will operate at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C and feature overcurrent, overvoltage and short circuit protection in addition to remote on/off functionality. Output voltage trim (±10%) is available on the 20W models.

Artesyn SXE and SXN Converters (10.8W to 15W)



Providing a wide input voltage of 33V-75V, the Artesyn SXE and SXN DC/DC converters are isolated to 1500VDC and provide power ratings from 10.8W to 15W. Remote on/off and ±10% output voltage trim is provided as standard, while built in protection is provided against overcurrent, overvoltage and short circuit conditions.
