STMicroelectronics offers a broad range of operational amplifiers, including the TSH300 low noise high speed device for high end industrial, medical and instrumentation applications; and the TSV series low voltage rail-to-rail components, which are well suited to use for sensor signal conditioning. The TSH300 is an ultra low noise voltage feedback amplifier featuring low input voltage, wide bandwidth (gain-bandwidth product 1GHz), fast slew rate of 230V/µs and excellent linearity (SFDR of 55dBc, measured with a 10MHz output sine wave of 2V peak-to-peak into a 100Ω load). Designed for use in high speed data acquisition systems where sensitivity and signal integrity are the main priorities, the device is available in SO-8 and tiny SOT23-5L plastic packaging, offering small size as well as excellent thermal performance.

With a typical noise value (Equivalent Input Noise Voltage) of 0.65nV/√Hz the device is amongst the best performing in its class and form factor. It is stable for gains greater than five, enabling it to be used at high gain values for small amplitude input signals. Its topology allows it to be used in inverting mode with excellent frequency response, providing good performance when combining two devices in a differential configuration.

The TSH300 operates from 4.5V to 5.5V single or dual supplies and is specified for operation over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

The TSV911/2/4 series of devices provides excellent speed performance at low power consumption just 1.1mA at 5V supply voltage, with an 8MHz gain-bandwidth product. These, single, dual and quad op-amps offer rail-to-rail input and output and are unity gain stable for capacitive loads up to 200pF.



With an ultra low input bias current of just 10pA, these devices are ideal for use in high impedance sensor interfaces, battery supplied and portable applications as well as active filtering.

These devices have exceptional ESD tolerance: 5kV in Human Body Model (HBM); and 2kV in Charge Device Model (CDM). They are available in tiny packages including SOT23-5, MiniSO-8 or TSSOP and exhibit stable DC performance across a wide (-40°C to +125°C) temperature range.

Other members of the TSV line include the TSV991/2/4 family, featuring 20MHz gain-bandwidth product and current consumption of just 1.1mA at 5V supply voltage.
