General Purpose Power PCB Relays for Industrial and Commercial Applications

Many industrial and commercial load applications require 5A – 8A relays either for basic or reinforced insulation. Products in the Tyco Electronics Schrack family offer a wide range of alternatives, ensuring there is an optimal relay for almost any design.



Offering ratings from 3A to 8A, the latest Tyco Electronics Schrack miniature PCB power relays offer a choice of N/O, N/C and C/O contacts and suit applications ranging from domestic appliances, pump controls and door locks to measurement and instrumentation systems.



Featuring one N/O or one C/O contact, PCH relays are rated at 5A and offer good technical performance for applications with high inrush currents. The OJ and OJ-WG series are single pole, 8A single N/O contact devices, while PCJ devices offer 3A/5A operation and have a single pole N/O contact. Tyco Electronics’ Schrack PE devices offer 5A options with single N/O or C/O contacts and a polarised bistable version with one C/O contact. The RY II family features devices with 8A ratings and with N/O, N/C and C/O contact options.
