The MS128128B15-BFU from Everbouquet is a 128 pixel x 128 pixel transmissive Colour SuperTwist Nematic (CSTN) display with a white LED backlight. The company also supplies a wide range of colour TFT displays suitable for use in a range of portable and instrumentation applications.



With a typical contrast ratio of 25:1, the MS128128B15-BFU has an active viewing area of 26.1mm x 28.15mm and 40° viewing angle. The module has a built-in NT7571 controller IC and its ambient operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C.

The company’s colour transmissive a-Si TFT display range includes a wide variety of physical and pixel sizes, including the MF128128D15-BFU with 128 pixel x 128 pixel, 1.5in (diagonal) screen and 12 o’clock viewing direction, 65,000 colours, 200:1 contrast ratio and a fast 40ms (typical) response time. The MF240320B24-BFW is a 2.4in (diagonal) 240 pixel x 320 pixel option designed for 6 o’clock viewing with 262,000 colour depth and a 35ms response time.
