New Website Showcases One of World’s Largest Power Supply and Converter Portfolios

Billed as the home of embedded power for Business-Critical Continuity™, Emerson Network Power’s new website is a portal to one of the largest portfolios of AC/DC power supplies and DC/DC converters in the world – all of which are available from Arrow.

Covering the embedded power business of Emerson Network Power, www.powerconversion.com is an easy-to-use online resource that gives visitors access to information and tools that will significantly simplify the identification, selection and implementation of power technologies.

As well as product information, the site provides access to the latest literature including catalogues, datasheets and press releases. A comprehensive search facility allows users to narrow down their product search by specifying key criteria including output power, number of outputs, input voltages and output current. A ‘My Power’ link provides a gateway to additional information, tools and web links. By joining ‘My Power’, visitors can access whitepapers, view a ‘What's New’ page and, in coming months, opt-in to receive e-newsletters and access tools that speed power architecture development.



The new website plays an important role in the strategy to evolve the Emerson Network Power brand in line with ever changing customer requirements. Arrow and Emerson Network Power

Arrow’s relationship with Emerson Network Power began in the late 1980s when the company started carrying the Astec product range. More recently Artesyn products joined the portfolio and now Arrow provides the full range of Emerson Network Power AC/DC supplies, isolated DC/DC converters, Point-of-Load (PoL) devices and application-specific modules.

Featuring power ratings from 3W to 5kW, Emerson Network Power‘s standard AC/DC product portfolio includes open-frame and enclosed models, highly configurable modular power supplies, rack-mounting bulk power units, DIN rail power supplies and external power adapters. Many products are available in medically approved versions, and a large number of higher power models feature extensive built-in intelligence.

DC/DC power conversion products include isolated DC/DC converters with industry standard form factors and power ratings from 3W to 700W. The range also features Intermediate Bus Converters (IBCs) with current outputs as high as 60A, application-optimised non-isolated DC/DC converters, non-isolated memory power and Voltage Regulator Modules (VRMs) for processors.
