Arrow Offers Extended Range of Connectors for Broadcast, Professional Audio and Video

Arrow is offering ex-stock delivery on a wide variety of connectors and accessories for use in broadcast equipment and other professional audio, video and multimedia applications. The company’s extensive portfolio includes external audio, video and RF connectors; interfaces that simplify integration with computing equipment and networks; standard and high-speed devices for connecting printed circuit boards.



The Arrow range of audio and video interconnects includes phone plugs, speaker plugs and XLR receptacles and jacks from specialists, such as Amphenol and Neutrik, and the latest MicroCross™ DVI (Digital Visual Interface) products from Molex. MicroCross connectors are based on an innovative us of ‘crossing’ ground blades to provide cost effective, high speed electrical performance.

For integration and interfacing with computer equipment, data networks and external media, Arrow can supply a variety of options including standard and ruggedised USB connectors and RJ-45 plugs, receptacles and accessories from Molex and Neutrik. The full Amphenol range of coaxial RF connectors, including industry standard SMA, BNC and MMCX formats as well as a Mini BNC format that allows 40% more interconnection in the same area, is also available.

For engineers tasked with board design, Arrow provides a host of different options for printed circuit board interconnection. These include connectors in the Samtec range of high speed, standard and elevated stacking interconnects and 2.00mm and 2.54mm board to board products from FCI that use IDC technology to speed connection.
