Strong data-acquisition and processing performance
The ADuC706x family of microcontrollers is for engineers designing smart sensing, factory automation and instrumentation equipment. Each device incorporates an ARM7 32-bit RISC core, 4KByte SRAM and 32KByte Flash memory.
The microcontrollers boast two 24-bit sigma-delta Analogue-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) and a host of analogue peripherals. Supporting 4mA to 20mA loop-powered applications, the ADCs provide high-resolution characteristics while keeping the noise to just 60nV.
In addition, SPI, UART and I²C interconnect ports are included.
The current consumption of this microcontroller is just 2.6mA with all peripherals activated. It has an operating temperature range between –40°C and +125°C.
ADuC706x microcontrollers are available in a compact 5mm×5mm, 32 lead LFCSP package.
